Aabaa Connect ("Aabaa Connect", "we", "us", "our") operates the aabaa chat, kut, tud and kutcom applications and their related modules (RSVP, Alarm, Gate and Queue), together the "Services". This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, phone number, email address, profile details, and content you send through the Services (including messages, RSVP responses, and service requests).

We also collect information automatically, including device and app information, log and usage data, approximate location where a module requires it (such as Gate or Queue), and message metadata (such as delivery and read status) needed to operate messaging reliably.

• To provide, operate and maintain aabaa chat, kut, tud, kutcom and their modules.
• To connect kut customers with tud service providers through kutcom communities.
• To send RSVP updates, Alarm notifications, Gate access confirmations and Queue status updates.
• To maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
• To improve the Services and communicate important updates to you.

4. How information is shared

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with tud service providers you choose to engage with (limited to what is needed to fulfil that service), with infrastructure and messaging providers who process data on our behalf, and where required by law, regulation or valid legal process.

5. Data retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, resolve disputes, and comply with our legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, and opt out of non-essential notifications at any time, by contacting us at support@aabaaconnect.com.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using aabaa chat, kut, tud, kutcom, or any related module, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Description of service

Aabaa Connect provides a connected ecosystem consisting of aabaa chat (messaging), kut (a customer app), tud (a service-provider app), kutcom (community networks connecting kut and tud), and the RSVP, Alarm, Gate and Queue modules used across these apps.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Marketplace and service-provider disclaimer

Aabaa Connect operates kut, tud and kutcom as a platform that connects customers with independent service providers. We are not the provider of the underlying services listed by tud users, and we do not guarantee their quality, safety, legality or timeliness. Any agreement for services is between the customer and the service provider.

5. User conduct

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by sending unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent content, impersonating others, interfering with the operation of the Services, or violating any applicable law, including messaging and consent laws applicable to notifications sent through Alarm.

6. Fees

Certain features, service bookings, or modules may involve fees, which will be disclosed to you before you incur them. Fees for services offered by tud providers are set by the individual provider unless stated otherwise.

7. Intellectual property

Aabaa Connect, its logo, and the names aabaa chat, kut, tud and kutcom are the property of Aabaa Connect. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Services without our prior written consent.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use & App Policies, or for conduct that we believe harms the Services, other users, or third parties.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aabaa Connect will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including services obtained through tud providers.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

11. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Messaging & consent

Notifications sent through aabaa chat and the Alarm module are sent only to users who have opted in, whether through account creation, an RSVP, a booking, or an explicit subscription. Every notification includes a clear way to opt out.

2. Prohibited content and conduct

• Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or deceptive content.
• Illegal goods or services, hate speech, harassment, or content that exploits or endangers anyone, especially minors.
• Sexually explicit content, graphic violence, or content promoting self-harm.
• Fraud, phishing, or misrepresentation of identity or service credentials.

3. Service-provider standards (tud)

Providers listed through tud must accurately represent the services they offer, hold any licenses required by law, and respond to customers in good faith. Repeated complaints or policy violations may result in suspension from kutcom communities.

4. Community guidelines (kutcom)

Communities on kutcom are expected to remain respectful, on-topic, and safe spaces for members to connect. Community admins are responsible for moderating their own community in line with this policy.

5. RSVP, Gate and Queue fair use

The RSVP, Gate and Queue modules are provided for legitimate event, access, and service-management purposes only. Falsifying RSVPs, entry credentials, or queue positions is prohibited and may result in suspension.

6. Reporting & enforcement

Reports of abuse or policy violations can be sent to support@aabaaconnect.com. We investigate reports in good faith and may warn, suspend, or permanently remove accounts that violate these policies.

7. Compliance

Where the Services interoperate with third-party messaging platforms, we require compliance with those platforms' business and commerce messaging policies in addition to this policy.
